Then come to Concordia Parish Library to see herpetologist Terry Vandeventer on Thursday, July 11 at the Ferriday Library at 10:15 a.m. and at the Vidalia Library at 2 p.m.

Vandeventer presents his popular and informative live snake programs to audiences throughout the South. Many know Mr. Vandeventer as simply, “The Snake Man.”

With more than 30 years of experience and author of several books, Vandeventer entertains audiences with his expert knowledge in herpetology. He lives in Jackson, MS.

Come learn all you can about these important reptiles that have no eyelids!  Through the courtesy of Concordia Bank and Trust Co. these programs will be free and open to the public.
