Chalk Hills

In Catahoula Parish, one the highest areas in the state is located along La. Highway 124 in the Chalk Hills near Rosefield. Here the hills rise to approximately 320 feet. In the distance you see other high ridges. The highest peak in Louisiana is Driskell Mountain in Bienville Parish at 535 feet. (Concordia Sentinel photos)
