The whole town through Winnsboro along Hwy 15 gets trimmed, raked, cleaned up except for the area right in front of my business!!! I've dealt with this for years now! I've even talked to the mayor last year about the overgrown box shrubs that are now 7ft tall!! Nothing has been done yet! The day they were cleaning, mowing, etc everywhere else, the city workers literally weed eater around two bushes and one tree stump in front of my salon!! Yet they have to drive through my parking lot to get to their shed!
