Sonic beats Woodmen of the World 4-3 in a 11-12 year old game played May 7.

WOW jumped out to an early lead with its first three batters scoring in the first inning led by a Laken Bradley single.  But after the scoring spert, WOW bats calmed down.

Sonic scattered four scores through the game to get the victory.

Caden Gallager stroked a double in the fourth and Garret Hunt added another double in the fifth for Sonic.

Michael Ramshur hit a single and scored in the third, and Jed Rials hit a single in the fifth inning for Sonic.

Ramshar was the starting pitcher for Sonic, and Garrett Hunt pitched four innings of relief and recorded 11 strike outs.

For WOW, Thatcher Peoples contributed offensively with a single in the first.

Rylan Thomas was tapped starting pitcher in the contest for WOW. Thomas had three innings of work on the mound and had nine strike outs.

Bradley pitched one inning of relief and recorded two strike outs.

Chandler Olivier was the closer for WOW and had one inning on the mound with one strike out.
