Monroe police arrested a Monroe man on suspicion of several drug charges on Monday after authorities were informed of a suspicious person.

Frazier Allen Hudson, 33, of 2126 Pargoud Blvd., Monroe, was wanted on two warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer.

When police made contact with Hudson, they searched his person and found a bag of crystal methamphetamine, a bag of powder cocaine, a glass pipe and a straw.

Hudson told police the white powder was powder from a crushed pill but not a cocaine.

During a search of Hudson's automobile, police found meth inside the vehicle.

Hudson said the meth and glass pipe belonged to him.

He was booked at Ouachita Correctional Center on the warrants as well as on two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
