Rick Guillot

Rick Guillot recently joined Origin Bank’s Ouachita Parish team as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Banker. 

Guillot has a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial banking.   In his position at Origin Bank his primary focus will be to build relationships, provide meaningful financial guidance and continue to be a leader in the community.   

“We are excited to have Rick join the Origin Bank team,” said Larry Little, the bank’s Louisiana State President. “Rick has tremendous knowledge of the banking industry, deep and long-standing relationships within the community and a proven track record of success. He is a great fit for our relationship-focused way of conducting business, and I look forward to seeing the impact he will have on our organization moving forward.”

Guillot has a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in finance from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.  He is also a 2018 graduate of the Louisiana Bankers Association’s Leadership School.  Deeply involved in the community, 

Guillot is the chairman of the board of directors for Wellspring Alliance, chair-elect of the board of directors for Glenwood Regional Medical Center, president of the board of directors for the Big Whit 77 Foundation, and a member and past president of the West Monroe Civitan Club. He is also a board member for the West Monroe High School Foundation, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Louisiana and for the Louisiana Tech Alumni Association. In addition, he is the play-by-play announcer for the West Monroe High School Football radio show and host of Inside Rebel Football.

He is married to Heather Guillot, and together they have two sons. Guillot will maintain an office at Origin’s West Monroe Financial Center at 2211 North 7th Street in West Monroe. 

Origin Bancorp is the financial holding company for Origin Bank, a more than century old Louisiana-chartered bank, headquartered in Ruston.
