Bank Fraud Suspect

This is a person of interest in a bank fraud investigation.

On October 1, 2021, the CPSO began a joint investigation with the Vidalia Police Department and the Natchez Police Department into multiple counts of bank fraud and identity theft.

According to a CPSO press release:

Several days prior, numerous vehicles were burglarized in Vidalia, as well as Natchez, at which time personal identifying information was stolen, along with check books and bank account information. The perpetrator(s) then forged the checks, using the stolen ID cards, then proceeded to visit multiple local banks, where they obtained funds, totaling over $12,000 at the time of report. In addition, the same vehicle and female perpetrator, were observed on security cameras at a Regions Bank in New Orleans several days later.

The vehicle is a 2018-2020 Toyota Camry, white in color, using switched LA license plates. The perpetrator is a white female, approximately 25-35 years of age, medium build, brown hair, with a tattoo on her right bicep.
