Two Wildsville brothers were charged with possession of drugs and 33 counts of possession of a weapon Monday night during a routine search.
According to Concordia Parish Sheriff's Office Special Operations Group Commander John Cowan, the sheriff's office received a call of concern about the well being of the two brothers at their address at 286 Grigsby Road in Wildsville.
Upon making contact, deputies found drugs and weapons at the residence, Cowan said.
Arrested were Stephen R. Humble, 63, and Christian R. Humble, 59 on possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II (meth) and 33 counts of possession of a weapon while in possession of controlled substance.
"They also found 25,000 rounds of various calibers," Cowan said
Cowan said the brothers, who would not comment to deputies about the weapons, are being held at the Concordia Parish Correctional Facility while waiting to be magistrated.
