Neville and Franklin Parish split contests at Neville High School Tuesday night.Â
The Lady Tigers (12-7) defeated Franklin Parish (14-4), 42-33, before the Patriots (18-5) handed the Tigers (8-12) an 80-67 loss on the boys side.Â
The Lady Tigers trailed 10-7 before taking command in the second quarter and never looking back. Neville's Erynn Felton led all scorers with 20 points.
The Patriots outscored the Neville boys, 29-19, in the fourth quarter of a hard-fought, back-and-forth contest.Â
Franklin Parish's Javion White led all scorers with 23 points, while Neville's Keishard Jason led the Tigers with 18 points in the loss.Â
