Investigators with the Ouachita Parish sheriff's Special Victims Unit, in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force, arrested a West Monroe man on suspicion of computer-aided solicitation of a juvenile last week.
A search warrant was executed at Christopher Joe Stamper's house on Cowboy Lane in West Monroe.
Stamper, 26, was out on bond pending a court hearing, stemming from his February 2018 arrest for possessing pornography involving a juvenile.
The warrant stemmed from an investigation into the online solicitation of an 11 year old female victim from the state of Washington.
The investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.
