Monroe police arrested a Farmerville woman on several drug charges on Sunday near Neville High School after authorities observed the woman rolling a marijuana blunt in her vehicle.

The suspect was identified as Nicole Yvonnee Gregory, 18, of 143 Miss Dittie Road, Farmerville.

During a search of the vehicle, police found 10 grams of marijuana, several rolling trays with marijuana residue, a marijuana grinder, several rolled marijuana blunts, an orange pill bottle containing two Xanax bars and an open container of alcohol.

When asked whether she possessed any drugs, Gregory “advised me that today is her birthday and can't remember anything regarding this investigation,” according to the Oct. 17 arrest report.

“Gregory advised me that she was 'turning up' for her birthday,” stated the arrest report, referring to slang that can mean to act wildly or take drugs and drink alcohol for excitement.

Some of the drugs were found in Gregory's purse, police reported.

She was booked at Ouachita Correctional Center on possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Xanax, possession of drugs in a drug-free zone, and possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle.
