Mrs. Justin Marion Haydel

Beverly Carol Moore and Justin Marion Haydel were united in marriage on Saturday, the sixth of June, 2015, at five o’clock in the evening at Aspen Community Church in Aspen, Colorado.  Dr. David Uth, former pastor of First Baptist Church of West Monroe and current pastor of First Baptist Orlando, presided over the ceremony. 

Beverly is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Walter Moore, Jr., of Monroe, Louisiana.  She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Carol Wilson, of Monroe, Louisiana and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Walter Moore, Sr., of Monroe.  Justin is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Charles Anthony Haydel, Sr., of Marrero, Louisiana.  He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Joseph Haydel, of Gretna, Louisiana, and the late Mr. and Mrs. August William Freyder of Gretna. 

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a custom gown designed by Ines Di Santo.  The sleeveless Essen gown was made with rich Alencon lace and Italian silk organza underlay.  The gown, which featured a modified A-line silhouette with illusion build-up at the shoulders and back, was finished with rich Swarovski beading and embroidery.

Arabella Moore, sister-in-law of the bride, served as Maid of Honor.  Bridesmaids were Suzanne Dyer, sister of the groom, and Sarah Haydel, sister-in-law of the groom.  Charles Haydel, Jr., brother of the groom, served as Best Man.  Groomsmen were Lowell Dyer, brother-in-law of the groom, and Michael Haydel, Jr., cousin of the groom.  James Moore III and Robert Moore, brothers of the bride, served as ushers.  Emery Wilkerson, of Ruston, Louisiana, and Brian Dupree, of Bossier, Louisiana, provided readings during the ceremony.  Following the ceremony, a seated dinner and dancing were held at the St. Regis Aspen Hotel. 

The bride is a graduate of St. Frederick High School, Harvard University and Stanford Law School.  She is currently employed as a Director at the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  The groom is a graduate of Jesuit High School, Louisiana State University and Louisiana State University-Shreveport Medical School, where he also completed his residency in neurosurgery.  He is currently completing a one-year spine fellowship at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. 

Following their wedding trip to the island of Maui, the couple will spend one year residing in Mountain View, California.
